The Senate Should Schedule Yes or No Votes on All Pending Circuit Court Nominees!

The federal Courts of Appeals are the courts of last resort for most Americans, hearing cases addressing critical issues like voting rights, consumer protection, and employment discrimination.  This means that Circuit Courts have the final say in cases that affect all of us in our daily lives, and that filling vacancies on those courts with highly-qualified judges is enormously important to all Americans, everywhere.

Email your Senators today and ask them to tell Majority Leader Harry Reid to schedule yes or no votes on all pending Circuit Court nominees as soon as possible.  It’s time to stand up to Senate Republicans, end their unprecedented obstruction of President Obama’s judicial nominees, and fill the vacancies on the all-important Circuit Courts.
